Can my dog join us for dinner?
Dogs are welcome in the hotel lounge and bar. Let us know when you book, and we'll set a table in a dog-friendly area.
Do I need to book the golf or family room upgrade in advance?
Yes, please add these when you book. Both are subject to availability, and the family room upgrade offer only applies to stays during October half term.
What counts as "October half term" for the room upgrade?
In line with Doncaster schools' half term, our family room upgrade deal is available from Friday 23rd of October to Sunday 1st of November 2026.
Which meals does "kids eat free" cover in the package?
Up to two children up to 12 years old eat free at dinner when staying in your room on the Paws and Relax break. Breakfast is also included for children as part of the package.

I don’t have a dog or am travelling without a dog, can I still book this Autumn deal?
Yes, of course. We can allocate you a dog-free room. Please make a note in the ‘Additional notes / Requests’ box when you book online or call 01302 722800 to book. No further reduction on the room rate is available.
Do I pay a deposit or pay in full for the Autumn hotel break?
Our Paws and Relax Autumn Escape requires full prepayment with a valid credit or debit card.
What's the cancellation policy?
Your reservation on the Paws and Relax hotel break must be cancelled by 4 pm, 1 day prior to arrival. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
