Frequently Asked Questions
What does the £20 dinner allowance cover?
Each person staying gets £20 towards our à la carte dinner menu. If your meal comes to more than £20 per person, the difference is added to your bill.
Is breakfast included for everyone in the room?
Yes. A full cooked English breakfast is included for every guest staying.
Is my dog really free at your Doncaster hotel in January?
Yes, on our January 2027 Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package, up to two dogs can stay free in your room, a saving of £15 compared to our usual charge for dog stays.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is extended to 1 pm as part of this offer, rather than our usual 11 am. So you get a proper lie-in built into the price.
Why are Sundays excluded from the deal?
We already have a different package in place for Sundays, which can’t be combined with this offer but may be booked separately.
How far in advance should I book for January 2027?
As early as possible. Our January offer was really popular last year. Rooms are limited, and popular dates (especially Fridays and Saturdays) sell out fast; there’s more availability Monday to Thursday.
Can I book this package online, or do I need to call?
Book easily and securely online. Or call 01302 722800 to book, and our team will check availability for your preferred date and confirm the details of your dinner allowance and any extras.
What's the cancellation policy for the January deal?
Prepayment is required at booking. You may cancel up to 4 pm 24 hours in advance of your stay, after which time no refunds will be provided.
